Postpartum Level 2 (6 weeks)
Full-service postpartum care to rebuild stronger after baby
Location and bookings limited (ONLY servicing Bergen Country and Hudson County NJ, and New York City)
1:1 Individualized postpartum nutrition support
Navigating postpartum food aversions and challenges of eating postpartum
1:1 in-person core and pelvic floor rehab training at your home 1x a week
Food shopping 1 x a week with snack prep and simple/basic meal prep
